• Entrepreneur Program Success: Pastor Rondell’s innovative Entrepreneur Program teaches biblical life skills and kingdom principles, empowering 41 youth to launch small businesses. At the culminating expo, these young entrepreneurs generated over $30,000 in revenue.

• Community Engagement: Rondell refocused his ministry to prioritize community outreach and foster partnerships with local schools. These efforts included tutoring, resource distribution, and staff support.
